I am deeply grateful for the recent opportunity to represent Distraction Magazine as the #CreativeDirector in New York City. It fills me with immense pride to announce that our recent issue has been honored with the prestigious #GoldCrownAward from the Columbia University Scholastic Press Association, the highest recognition in our field.

Beyond this remarkable achievement, the experience of collaborating with fellow creatives has profoundly enriched my understanding of effective leadership and broadened my professional network.I would like to commend the dedicated efforts of the Distraction staff, whose hard work and creativity have been instrumental in our success. A special acknowledgment goes to our advisor, Carl Stano, whose exceptional guidance has been invaluable throughout this extraordinary journey.

I’ve greatly enjoyed the journey I’ve been on to be here. I walk away from this past year a better designer and team leader. During my time, Distarction has won dozens of awards at the national level. Thank you to everyone at Distraction for supporting me and trusting my vision for the Magazine. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the creative excellence of Distraction Magazine and to further expanding our impact in the future!
